Meet Grace, our dedicated Nutrition Coach! After years of battling chronic health issues, Grace learned that food really is medicine and that lifestyle changes can lead to health and healing. She went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nutrition degree and now shares her passion for health by coaching others in their wellness journeys full-time.
She specializes in a holistic approach to nutrition, steering away from fad diets and helping her clients have a well-rounded view of food. Whether it’s supporting the body through a healing journey or understanding the phases of nutrition for fat loss and body recomposition, Grace provides evidence-based advice that empowers you to take control of your health.

Ryan Wilhite
Meet Ryan, a dedicated personal trainer, group fitness coach, and competitive powerlifter with a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in addition to being a CrossFit level-1 trainer and an Army Infantry veteran.
He brings a dynamic blend of expertise to our team, focused on helping individuals achieve longevity, strength, and health through safe and progressive strength and conditioning training. Ryan has worked with dozens of clients and enjoys the relationships he builds with them. His specialty is prioritizing functional movements and focusing on building/maintaining lean muscle tissue to support metabolic health and decrease the likelihood of injury and disease.
